I love an engagement shoot. It is the perfect way to get comfortable with having your photograph taken. I also love any excuse to get back up to the Highlands, and what better reason, than to head up to Inverness for Helen & Stuart’s engagement shoot. It was one of the sunniest days and there was still some snow on the hills, but having the sun out was the perfect reflection of their personalities.
We had previously had a Skype meeting, so we hadn’t met face-to-face, but we had planned to do their engagement shoot at the start of April. Just a couple of short weeks before their wedding. We had so much fun walking along the beach in North Kessock. It was so nice getting to know Helen & Stuart. As we wrapped up the shoot, they also managed to have a little race back to the car, before heading up to their home for a cup of tea.
If you’re planning a trip to Inverness or the Highlands, I would absolutely recommend stopping to have a little wander along this part of Inverness. It’s so pretty peaceful.
