Hollie & William had an incredible Spring wedding at St Oran’s Church followed by a stunning reception at Lochnell Castle. I met up with William and his groomsmen at Poppy’s garden centre before heading to see Hollie who was getting ready at Ardbhatan Cottage in Benderloch.
St Oran’s Church Ceremony & Lochnell Castle Reception
St Oran’s church is stunning. Set on a hill just beside the Connel bridge, it is so picturesque.
Lochnell is easily one of my favourite venues to shoot at. It looks so beautiful and can be decorated with drapes to match your colour scheme. There is also access to the beach. Thanks to William’s awesome driving, we managed to make our way down there for the couple shoot. I’m not going to lie, it was really windy and freezing cold. So we had to be quick, but I was so pleased to see them donning their wellies and running on to the beach with so much enthusiasm.
The catering was provided by Paisley based Concept Banqueting, who are also the friendliest bunch of people. It was some of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted, so thank you for that. The fantastic ceilidh music was provided by the Glenfinnan Ceilidh Band!
