At end of April I traveled to Yorkshire to photograph Helen & Stuart’s wedding in Bridlington, and it did not disappoint.
I first met Helen & Stuart when I travelled up to Inverness for their pre-wedding shoot. I was absolute buzzing for their wedding when it came around. Helen was getting ready in her family home, meanwhile Stuart was getting ready round the corner at the most beautiful 1950s AirBnB. Dreamy interior design alert! Their wedding took place at Christ Church where everyone sang their absolute hearts out. I honestly got goosebumps hearing the singing.
Then the guests made their way to Bridlington Spa for the reception. If you’re look for inspiration on wedding receptions in theatre’s then look no further because Bridlington Spa was the perfect spot. Instead of having a band, Helen & Stuart drafted the talent of their amazing family & friends. Helen even got up and wowed everyone with her incredible flute skills; which was an absolute joy to listen to.
For our couples shoot we made our way to the cliffs at Flamborough. If you want to see some stunning views; then make sure to look out for them below.
Lovely photographs for a lovely day. Thank you!!
Thank you Alistair. It really was wonderful, wasn’t it?! I hope you’re well.
